Schwarze Perlen sind eine Ressource in ARK: Survival Evolved. Man kann sie von toten 
Trilobite, 
Deathworm, 
Eurypterid, 
Ammonite, 
Tusoteuthis, Alpha Tusoteuthis und 
Alpha Mosasaur bekommen. Man kann sie auch durch Angeln und Gachas kriegen. Schwarze Perlen sind für viele Tek-Sachen vonnöten.

Benutze einen 
Ichthy oder 
Manta um Eurypterid zu jagen. Diese Tiere können von den Eurypterid nicht betäubt werden, was bei anderen Tieren zum Problem werden könnte. Sei allerdings vorsichtig, da sie trotzdem die Ausdauer rapide senken, was dich verwundbar gegen die übrigen Gefahren der Tiefsee macht.
Another way to hunt them is to hit one with a 
Enterhaken and then use a fast water mount to drag it to the shore, where it can be harvested by a Therizinosaur for extra pearls.
An End-Game way is making use of a Megalodon, equipped with the Megalodon Tek saddle, it can kill a (Alpha) Tusoteuthis with the element pulses. When killed, the Megalodon can harvest the Black Pearls very easy. (Also works with / on Mosasaur, but harvesting with Megalodon gives more Black Pearls, and the Mosasaur is harder to kill.)
Beelzebufo do increased damage against Eurypterid and also gather black pearls at an increased rate.
While a Eurypterid only drops a few pearls, an Alpha Mosasaur drops 100 Black Pearls and an 
Alpha Tusoteuthis drops 75.

Ragnarok[]
Eine schwarze Variante der Silizium-Perlen Muschel können auf Ragnarok nahe des großen Sumpfes Gefunden werden.
Aberration[]
A black variant of the clam, like 
Silica Pearls, can be found near the rivers at Graves of the Lost. These can be harvested for 5-20 black pearls, but can be dangerous due to radiation and nearby threats (Such as 
Nameless, 
Rock Drake and any aggressive dino dropped from above). Moreover, unlike the clams that gives Silica Pearls, the clams disregards loot drop multiplier from server setting, and as such does not give extra Black Pearls at any rate past 1.
Extinction[]
In Extinction, Black Pearls can be produced by 
Gachas. This allows one to easily acquire large amounts of Black Pearls by feeding 
Stone and other resources to a Gacha.
Black Pearls are also dropped by large corrupted carnivores such as 
Corrupted Spino, 
Corrupted Rex, 
Corrupted Wyvern, and 
Corrupted Giganotosaurus in the north. These creatures have a small chance of dropping 1-6 black pearls.
