品質の良いクリスタルは、より高いダメージ、防御、耐久性を備えたアイテムを生み出します。
クリスタルから得られる装備の品質は、それが含まれているクリスタルの品質と同じかそれよりも優れています（職人見習いのクリスタルは職人見習い以上のアイテムを生み出します）。

- パッチ288.113より前では、ガチャ・クリスタルは職人、名工、至高の3つのグレードで生産することができます。パッチ後は職人見習いグレードまでしかドロップしません。
- ガチャ・クリスタルをTek Dedicated Storageに保管しておくと、次にクリスタルを引き出したときに、内部にある可能性のある報酬が「空」になり、開いた時には何も得られなくなります。
- チートでガチャ・クリスタルを入手した場合、クリスタルが"消費"されると報酬は与えられません。
- ガチャ・クリスタルは別のサーバーに転送することはできません。アイテムを転送するには、事前に開く必要があります。
