The Rock Drake Saddle is used to ride a Rock Drake after you have tamed it. It camouflages along with the Rock Drake itself, also making the mount rider invisible.

Rock Drake, which marks it being the first Creature tamed from birth to require a saddle to ride on. ( Wyvern and Reaper do not require saddle, and are tamed from birth as well.)
