The Alpha Reaper King Barb can be found on a dead Alpha Surface Reaper King by looking in its inventory before harvesting it for meat and hide or in a bag left on the ground if harvested before accessing the inventory or when eaten by other predators.

Usage

One Alpha Reaper King Barb is a requirement to access the Aberration Portal to fight against Rockwell on Alpha difficulty.
