The Apiary is a Structure in the Primitive+-DLC of ARK: Survival Evolved. It produces honey and beeswax when worker bees are present.
Usage[]
If there is at least 1 Queen Bee and 1 Drone Bee in the Apiary, 20 worker bees and 14 Drone Bees will be produced every 2 minutes.
Every 5 minutes, if there are at least 7 Worker Bees in the Apiary, 7 worker bees will be consumed to produce 1 Beeswax and 2 Honey.
Notes[]
- The rate of Bee and Honey production is not affected by the number of bees. As long as you have at least the minimum amount required for breeding or creating honey, the same amount will always be produced.
- All bees have their spoil time doubled while in the Apiary.
- The Apiary is treated as a thatch structure and can be damaged by anything except non-explosive ranged attacks.
