Wild Stats Level-up
Type in values of a wild creature to see on which stats it's emphasized. Green values on a high-level creature are very good for breeding. If you have already tamed your creature you can try to recover the breeding stats with an external tool.[1]
The stat-calculator does not work in the mobile-view, see here for alternatives: Apps
Note that after the creature is tamed it gets bonuses on some stats depending on the taming effectiveness. This makes it hard to retrieve the levels on a tamed creature, so this tool is only for wild ones, but gives a first impression, how well the stats are distributed.
Combat[]
This section describes how to fight against the Brute Plesiosaur.
General[]
The Brute Plesiosaur is encountered in the mission "Loch'd and Loaded" which is in the Ocean biome. It is basically a larger Plesiosaur with no behavioral changes. In the last phase of the fight it is escorted by four Brute Megalodons. (Health statistics TBA.)
Strategy[]
As with the other ocean hunt missions, a group of tames is preferred. There aren't really any tactics as this is a straightforward fight of power versus power. As long as you have the creature strength, this should be a simple hunt.
A large pack of Megalodons (9 or more) can make quick work of this hunt by virtue of their pack-improved damage, resistance, and bleed effect, which is generally essential for the alpha hunts.
Apex creatures such as the Mosasaurus, Tusoteuthis, or even your own Plesiosaur can also work for this mission.
Weaponry[]
Stick with tames mentioned above as attempting this mission using handheld weaponry without tames will not get you very far.
Dangers[]
The Brute Plesiosaur is rather quick and its damage output is nothing to scoff at, though one surprising danger is the Megalodons in the last phase; they also obtain a pack bonus, and on higher difficulties, this can make them some of the most dangerous escorts of any hunt.
Weakness[]
As this is a simple match of power against power, as long as you have the upper hand in terms of strength, victory should be assured.

Notes/Trivia[]
- The Mission it's in is a reference to the loch ness monster which is a lake monster within loch ness in Scotland which bears a heavy resemblance to a plesiosaur.
