This skin can be unlocked by completing the Artifact Archaeologist Achievement, after which it will be available in your inventory whenever you respawn.

Prior to 258.0 and the current Achievements, this item was exclusively craftable during ARK: Eggcellent Adventure and ARK: Eggcellent Adventure 2 events. It was craftable in a Cooking Pot with 50 × Bunny Eggs during the first event and 25 × Bunny Eggs during the second one.
It also returned as craftable item in the ARK: Eggcellent Adventure 3 event.
On Xbox One, the pink inner-ears cannot be dyed. Region 3 does nothing. This is most likely due to the wrong region being flagged for dye in the game's code. On the Dino Bunny Ears Skin, the inner-ears can be dyed using region 5 which is unavailable on the player version of the skin.
