The Chibi-Noglin is a Chibi-Pet in Genesis: Part 2. It can only be acquired by purchasing the Genesis Season Pass.

Overview

These miniature pets are primarily a cosmetic item, except for leveling as discussed below, equipped by the survivor in the off-hand slot. When equipped, the chibi-pet appears in front and to the left of the survivor. Moving around causes the pet to follow and reposition itself where the survivor is facing. The chibi-pets are seen in the survivor's lap while riding mounts, and sit nearby while in a bed. Note that for the  Tek Sleeping Pod  the pets still follow the position, except facing upwards at the survivor's right, since survivors sleep on their backs in the pods instead of on their sides.

Chibi-Pets can be leveled up five times (up to level 6) by killing certain predators while having the pet equipped. Each level up permanently increases the maximum level by 1 (up to 5 extra levels) of the survivor who's got the chibi equipped at the time of a level-up. The following creatures award Experience to the Chibi-Pets:

• Alpha Karkinos
• Alpha Leedsichthys
• Alpha Megalodon
• Alpha Raptor
• Alpha Surface Reaper King
• Alpha T-Rex
• Alpha Tusoteuthis
• Enraged Corrupted Rex
• Skeletal Carnotaurus

Received experience only scales with game-wide XP multipliers, and is not affected by the Explorer Notes buff.

Chibi-Pets are items and will not appear in your inventory after you die. They will be left in the corpse or bag where you died.

Notes

• This Chibi-Pet cannot be spawned in with Console Commands.
• Despite the fact that players need only to own the Genesis Season Pass in order for their Survivors to gain possession of this Chibi-Pet, it is listed as "Legendary".
• The Chibi-Noglin's eyes reflect a part of Genesis Part 2, giving a premature look at the map which you couldn't otherwise get. From the reflection, it can be said that the Noglin most likely spawns on the corrupted half of the map, or the right ring. The specific section it spawns in is currently unknown.
