The Chibi-Snow Owl can be found by breaking 
GachaClaus's 
Gacha Crystal during ARK: Winter Wonderland 4. In other event, it can be found either through fishing for 
Coelacanth for ARK: Love Evolved, and potentially from smashing 
Bunny Egg during ARK: Eggcellent Adventure 5. To be able to use this chibi, the player using the survivor must have Extinction DLC bought.
