Fungal Wood is an easily obtainable resource in the Aberration DLC. It can be harvested from large mushrooms using tools, creatures, or your bare hands, but is most efficiently harvested with a  Metal Hatchet.

Usage

Fungal Wood is a very valuable resource in Aberration due to its many uses and the high quantities of it required in crafting. It can be used in any crafting recipe that requires normal  Wood, but there are certain Aberration engrams that require specifically Fungal Wood.

It is used to craft:

• Anything that normal wood can craft

• Climbing Pick

Burn times

• Campfire: 30 seconds per unit
• Cooking Pot: 30 seconds per unit
• Forge: 30 seconds per unit
• Standing Torch: 6 minutes, 40 seconds per unit
