The Hesperornis Egg is one of the Eggs in ARK: Survival Evolved.
Overview[]
Hesperornis Eggs are randomly dropped by 
Hesperornis. They can be eaten and cannot be made into a 
Kibble.
After two Hesperornis mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby Hesperornis.
Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Hesperornis will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.
Incubation
Main article: IncubationThe Hesperornis Egg takes 1h 30m 54.109s to hatch. It must be in the temperature range of 22 to 30 °C / 72 to 86 °F to successfully hatch, otherwise it will start to lose 
Health. The female Hesperornis needs between 18h and 2d before having the capacity to lay eggs again. The incubation time can be reduced by up to 20% if the egg is placed in an 
Egg Incubator at the ideal temperature.
Notes[]
- Hesperornis Eggs can be cooked in a
Cooking Pot to quickly create 12 × Oil.
- This does not appear to work in the Primitive Plus DLC.
- Because of this, Hesperornis Eggs cannot be made into Simple Kibble without the use of mods like Structures Plus or Super Structures.
- Hesperornis also lays Golden Hesperornis Eggs which have unique uses.
