The Hyaenodon Meatpack can be equipped to any 
Hyaenodon after you have tamed it. Can be unlocked at level 19.
The Meatpack does not allow survivors to ride the Hyaenodon, but it provides an armor buff for the creature. It also increases the spoil timer of any type of consumable stored inside the Meatpack by x2 and cuts the weight of all meat by a little over 50%.
