S+ Electrical Wiring is working like regular 
Electrical Cables. It's a kind of flat net that you lay on any structure already built, such as foundations, ceilings, walls, pillars, or roofs.
This wiring is invisible and displays a flash symbol to make know its status. White for an empty net, green for a fed net.
You can and must remove this wiring before removing the structure on whiwh it's laid otherwise it will be destroyed.
You can lay an 
Electrical Generator on it for an electrical input, and some 
Electrical Outlet for an electrical output, close from your structures that are working with electricity.
