The Portable Rope Ladder is a tool in the Aberration DLC and can be used to climb to higher areas. It is similar to the 
Rope Ladder, however, it is placed and used in a different way.
Usage

Unlike the normal Rope Ladder, this ladder can not be retracted and extended after placing.
