The Prank Nice Gift is a prank version of the Nice Gift. It can be mailed to other survivors to either fill their Inventory with Feces or cause them to poop uncontrollably.

The Prank Nice Gift could be purchased during Christmas week from the In-Game Store for 25 × Ancient Amber.
