Pursuits

Complete a pursuit, and get rewarded!

Pursuits are a feature in ARK: Survival Evolved Mobile. They work in a similar manner to quests, and when completed, give rewards.

Overview

Pursuits from single player to multiplayer modes differ because single player offers a more tutorialized set of basic pursuits to help introduce new players to the world of ARK. Multiplayer jumps straight into the fun of hunting, taming, and exploring!

Pursuits can give quite a lot XP to level up (see list below). For Pursuits that give a lot of XP (like Artifact Pursuits) it's recommended to use multipliers in order to get the most XP.

For example, if one has 4x experience boost from both an Explorer Note Pursuit and a 2x XP ad buff (or with Primal-Pass), applying Intense Focus and consuming a Broth of enlightenment would earn them a 15x XP boost total (18x in the PvP zone of PvX or PvX Clock).

Daily Pursuits

Daily Pursuits are a type of Pursuit that can be completed once a day for 2  Ancient Amber and 300 XP. Completing pursuits several days in a row will increase the amount of Amber received (day 3 = 3 Amber, day 5 = 4 Amber, day 10 = 5 Amber, day 15 = 7 Amber, day 25 = 10 Amber, day 60 = 15 Amber, day 150 = 18 Amber, day 365 = 20 Amber). The pursuits are selected from a pool of about 40 different Pursuits (40 are known) and generally consist of tasks such as hunting, fishing, taming, or surviving. Some may complete instantly depending on a player's progress. New pursuits are given at midnight.

	Goal: Get 30  AnglerGel in your Inventory or a Creature's Inventory Strategy: The hard way is to kill  Anglerfish deep in the ocean. A lot safer (but slower) is to kill  Achatina around the Redwoods

Collect 100 Bio Toxin
	Goal: Get 100  Bio Toxin in your Inventory or a Creature's Inventory Strategy: Kill  Cnidaria to collect. Safe from a distance with bow or gun. Best mount is a  Basilosaurus

Collect 50 Black Pearls
	Goal: Get 50  Black Pearls in your Inventory or a Creature's Inventory Strategy: Slowly but surely kill fish with an otter and get pearls.

Collect 50 Organic Polymer
	Goal: Get 50  Organic Polymer in your Inventory or a Creature's Inventory Strategy: Kill  Kairuku or collect it from the inventory of a tamed  Achatina

Collect 20 Sap

Notes

• Completing 50 straight Daily Pursuits will unlock the  Graft: Ultimacy .
• The Photograph Pursuit doesn't work when you're on a mount.
• At the Photograph Pursuit: Aquatic Giants, the Basilosaurs does not count for one, although the camera indicator turns green. This might be a bug.
• At the Grand Voyage Pursuit there is a bug where if you leave the game it will register where you started but if you leave while the pursuit is for example 60% complete it would be only 40% complete if you return watch out.
