Sinomacrops Egg (Lost Island)s are randomly dropped by Sinomacrops Sinomacrops. They can be eaten or used to make Simple Kibble Simple Kibble for taming Archaeopteryx Archaeopteryx, Diplocaulus Diplocaulus, Gallimimus Gallimimus, Giant Bee Giant Bee, Ichthyosaurus Ichthyosaurus, Iguanodon Iguanodon, Megaloceros Megaloceros, Morellatops Morellatops, Pachy Pachy, Raptor Raptor, and Triceratops Triceratops.

After two Sinomacrops Sinomacrops mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby Sinomacrops Sinomacrops.

Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Sinomacrops Sinomacrops will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.
