:From what I've seen, it stays forever. But if you're noticing yours disappearing, remember that other survivors have the option to "destroy tracker" if they get close to your creature. --[[User:Mr Pie 5|Mr Pie 5]] ([[User talk:Mr Pie 5|talk]]) 03:56, 3 September 2015 (UTC)

If you're playing on single player and are having trouble placing a transponder node on a critter, try using the ghost command to get closer (you may have to clip through the critter for it to work) and aim for the body. {{unsigned|107.192.244.24|1:45 August 30, 2015(UTC)}}

Question

Question: Is there a length or time maximum that a Transponder Node will stay active/spawned? Asked by: 216.194.56.209 02:34, 3 September 2015 (UTC)

From what I've seen, it stays forever. But if you're noticing yours disappearing, remember that other survivors have the option to "destroy tracker" if they get close to your creature. --Mr Pie 5 (talk) 03:56, 3 September 2015 (UTC)

Tip

If you're playing on single player and are having trouble placing a transponder node on a critter, try using the ghost command to get closer (you may have to clip through the critter for it to work) and aim for the body. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 107.192.244.24 (talkcontribs) at 1:45 August 30, 2015(UTC).
