Tame Requests

Finding a lost creature is made easy with tame requests!

Tame Requests is a feature in ARK: Survival Evolved Mobile.

Overview[]

Tame Requests allows the player to teleport tames to their location. When a request is made, the tame will lose whatever items are in their inventory, if a saddle is equipped it will not lose the saddle, if it is simply in the inventory then they will drop it. In singleplayer, when a player makes a request, the tame will be teleported to wherever the player was standing when they made that request 1 minute after the request was made. In multiplayer, the tame will be teleported to the nearest bed 8 minutes after the request was made.

Notes[]

  • Since 2.0.10, it is possible to request any Aquatic Creatures but they will be killed instantly if requested on land. For this reason the request will be cancelled unless you are submerged in water. You are not allowed to request terrestrial animals while submerged, however.
  • Regrettably, you are not allowed to request any tames while you're inside a cave which is understandable. However you can request animals that are stuck/unable to leave the cave to the outside. This makes taming cave based animals considerably easier, as animals like Megalosaurus and Arthropleura can simply be summoned to your location without struggling to get them out of their dwelling space.
  • Emptying the inventories of certain powerful tames will prove beneficial should you accidentally die or are escaping dangerous predators. Be careful where you request. Requesting on mountains or cliffs will result in your teleported tame to fall and get lost.
