The Great Trench is a region in the Valguero DLC.

Overview

The Great Trench has a look similar to the Wyvern Trench in Ragnarok as it has a cave system at the end of the trench on one side. However only Ice Wyvern and their eggs spawn on the surface, and the part outside the cave system is frozen and covered with snow and ice. Inside the cave however are lava flows and its a lot warmer which is where Fire Wyvern and their eggs spawn. Make sure to level fortitude and take Fur Armor for outside and Ghillie Armor or Desert Cloth for inside the cave.
