The Tintoberry is one of the berries in ARK: Survival Evolved. It can be found by harvesting flora around the island. The Tintoberry is one of the most common berry that you will find, it sates your hunger slightly but tastes good. Herbivores prefer Mejoberries before Tintoberries.

The Tintoberry is useful for taming many dinosaurs and other creatures. When eaten by a survivor, the Tintoberry will replenish 1.5 units of Food and 0.2 units of Water. When eaten by a tamed dino or while taming, it gives 20 Food units.

Notes/Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The name Tintoberry comes from the Spanish word for dyed, "tinto". This is in reference a red wine in spanish " vino tinto".
  • Prior to version 246.0, berries would replenish 1 unit of water instead of 0.2
