Psycho Seiferts is a small, young tribe found on Southern most cliff face in the Footpaw Region. Contrary to the name the Tribe is generally friendly though will retaliate if pressed. Tribe members spend their time on various building projects and training Dinos. As a younger Tribe they still seek a true identity though with the good Ocean access and a home fortress upon a Cliff, a possible Hybrid Tribe of Land and Sea could result, with enough time, resources, Tribe Members and Tribe Alliances.
